Purchase Conditions

You can pay for your purchase by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

These General Terms of Sale apply to the sale of all products by Myogem Health Company, S.L. (“Myogem”) through the Internet. Purchasing products through this system implies acceptance of these General Terms of Sale as well as the Terms of Use. These General Terms of Use may be modified at any time by Myogem and shall apply to all orders placed after they are published on the website.

Item Pricing

The price of the items is indicated during the ordering process on the date the order is placed, clearly detailing the Value Added Tax (VAT) and shipping costs. Myogem reserves the right to modify prices and charges at any time and to reject contracts in case of any type of error (printing, calculation, or writing).

Payment Options

Payments made by credit card or PayPal will be charged immediately.

Cash on delivery payments will be collected upon delivery by the courier company.

Payments made by bank transfer will be charged according to interbank agreements, which may delay the product shipment until Myogem receives confirmation from the bank of the transfer’s effectiveness.

The invoice will be sent along with the goods in the case of cash on delivery and will be available in the client area for other payment options, or you can request it at info@myogemhealth.com

Orders

By placing an order (request), you are making a purchase offer for the products listed under these General Terms of Sale and the website’s terms.
When placing an order, you must ensure that the information provided is complete and accurate.
The order does not constitute a binding contract until it is confirmed by Myogem.
Myogem reserves the right to reject orders at its discretion.
The data recorded by Myogem serves as definitive proof of the order and the entire process.

Delivery

Orders confirmed by Myogem will be delivered directly to the address indicated in the request, always within Spanish territory. Myogem will make its best efforts to deliver within 10 days following your request. You must verify the conditions and quantity of the supplied product and notify Myogem of any anomaly within 7 days of receipt.

For orders outside of Spain, delivery times will vary depending on the country and are made without payment of customs duties. Consequently, all customs or import duties are charged once the package arrives in your destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses the package due to import duties or taxes, they assume full responsibility for all costs involved in the process.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return the product if you are not satisfied within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. To do so, you must return the product in perfect condition, in its original packaging, along with all documentation included inside and the purchase invoice. After proper verification, Myogem will issue a refund for the product price and any invoiced charges.

Limitation of Liability

The texts and photographs on this website are not part of the contract; their sole function is to inform and assist. Myogem is not responsible for errors or omissions in the texts or photographs. Without limiting the scope of these General Terms of Sale, any claim of any kind made against Myogem will be limited to the invoiced purchase price of the products involved in the claim. Myogem is not responsible under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damage that may arise in connection with the products, their use, sale, or the use of this website.

Myogem is aware of the value of privacy for consumers.
The personal data you provide will be stored in one or more files to manage the contracted services and to conduct promotions, giveaways, and advertising campaigns related to the company’s products.

Applicable Law

These General Terms of Sale are governed by Spanish law. Both parties, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the province of Myogem’s registered office to resolve any disputes arising from the interpretation and application of these General Terms of Sale.
