Delivery

Delivery of orders confirmed by Myogem will be made directly to the address provided in the request, always within Spanish territory. Myogem will make its best efforts to ensure delivery within 10 days of your request. You must verify the condition and quantity of the delivered product and may report any anomalies to Myogem within 7 days of receipt.

For orders outside Spain, delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and are made without payment of customs duties. Consequently, all customs or import duties are charged once the package arrives in your destination country. These charges must be paid by the customers. If customers refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, they assume full responsibility for all costs involved in the process.
